Oleg Valeryevich Goryachkin

Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Cosmonautics named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky, the author of the first in Russia monographic description, devoted to blind signal processing, a member of program committees and the head of three international scientific conferences held in the United States and three conferences held in Russia on this topic. Professor O.V.
